1. Will a physical product be shipped to me?

Our products are solely digital in nature. There are NO physical items that will be shipped with your purchase.

2.  Do I need a Canva account to edit your templates?

For products described in their product descriptions as a "Canva template" - you will need to signup with Canva.com to be able to access & edit your purchased templates. ALL of our templates are available to edit on Canva's FREE PLAN. It is NOT necessary to purchase a Pro plan to access our templates.

Please note, NOT ALL of our products are Canva templates, please refer to each specific product description to clarify the type of digital download being purchased prior to purchasing.

3.  Where can I print my digital product?

All of our products can be printed at home, but please note that colors and quality may differ depending on the printer and device being used. For the best results, we recommend using a high-quality printer and paper or having your designs professionally printed.

4. Can I resell your digital products and templates?

Under no circumstances can our products or their contents be utilized for commercial use, resale or redistribution. These files strictly are for personal use only. All products and designs are intellectual property of TML DESIGN. Misuse of our products and designs will result in legal action.

5. What is your returns & cancellations policy?

Due to the instant download and digital nature of our products we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter any issues or have concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for resolution.
